Clean wash rinsing hose is specially designed for use on 20 bar low pressure cleaning systems in the food industry at temperatures up to +70°C.
Clean Wash is made of PVC and reinforced with a double layer of polyester. The hose is white and smooth on the inside and light blue and smooth on the outside, which improves the flow properties and makes cleaning easy to handle. The hose has a very durable surface that is resistant to most cleaning chemicals.
The temperature ranges from -10°C +70°C.
40 bar working pressure at +70°C.
All pressures are stated at the temperature +20°C.
Standards:
EU Regulation 10/2011/EC, as well as simulator A, B, C. However, not simulator D for fatty products. The material is free of phthalates.
Safety factor: ≥ 3 times working pressure.
