3-way cock valve, manuel with DIN Clamp

Application:

Manual sanitary 3-way cock is simple in its design and therefore suitable for many processes where there is a need to switch between flow directions in an uncomplicated way. The 3-way cock can be delivered with L or T bore and has full flow. It is hygienically designed, and all surfaces are smooth and easy to clean.

Construction:

  • Simple design and easy to service
  • L or T bore
  • Standard with welding ends but can of course be delivered with all common coupling standards, for example DS; SMS; DIN; Clamp and many others
  • Full flow

Technical specifications

Quality:

  • Made of electropolished stainless steel AISI 316L and medium affected surfaces have a roughness of 0.8μ
  • Gaskets in FDA-quality materials made in the types of NBR; EPDM or PTFE

Operating conditions:

  • Cover temperature up to + 150°C depending on the packaging type
  • Working pressure up to 4 bar
  • Can be sterilized with a temperature of max +150°C
