In addition to developing and producing special solutions, we can with our in-house assembly workshop adapt and weld solutions together - tailored to your specific needs. For example, based on your exact wishes and requirements, we can weld special fittings or valves on a hose solution for use in the food or pharmaceutical industry. If you have special sleeves or threads that we do not stock, we can also process and weld them to fit your needs. We can pick and assemble the special solutions and deliver them from day to day.
If you need help with the more typical assembly tasks, such as reassembly or to have different nuts or collars pressed, we are happy to help. For a reassembly, we recycle your hose nozzles. We remove the hose ends from the used hose and press the used connection on to a new hose with a new sleeve. You can save up to 60% on your hoses. In addition, the service life of your hoses will be significantly extended when they are optimized for operating conditions.

Welding and adaptation
At the welding workshop, we use the latest TIG welding technology, and we are certified for pipe welding in all dimensions of dairy pipes from Ø6 mm and up.
All our welding fittings and pipes are made of Austenitic Acid-proof Stainless Steel also known as EN 1.4404 / AISI 316L.
Steel EN 1.4404 / AISI 316L is the best and most widely used steel grade in the food and pharmaceutical industry, as it is both extremely corrosion resistant and very suitable for welding.
We always use Formier gas as shielding gas/back gas, as it provides the best protection of the steel's qualities and at the same time a nice visual result. The welding zone is subsequently restored by trimming unless otherwise agreed.
Assembly and chemistry
At our final assembly, it is often necessary to use glide agents, lubricants, and thread seals to achieve the best result. In these cases, we always use NSF-approved products. The products are classified as non-toxic.

The legislation is absolutely central to the conditions for producing food and pharmaceutical products in Denmark. We always ensure that all our components comply with current legislation, and you can therefore always contact us to obtain certificates for hoses and fittings delivered by Alfotech. That way, you avoid worrying unnecessarily about complying with current laws.
