At the assembly workshop, we can solve tasks such as:
- Assemble different fittings standards for transition pieces from one dimension to another - easily and quickly, as we stock the many types of fittings
- Development and design more complicated e.g. hygienic quick couplings for emptying pallet tanks
…and stainless bellows hoses are also configured at the assembly workshop
Of course, Alfotech's stock program also includes flexible stainless steel bellows hoses from Ø8 mm. to Ø 200 mm. At the assembly workshop we can configure and weld the couplings that suit your particular process plant, and we naturally use back gas for optimal welding. The stainless steel bellows hoses are suitable for extreme temperatures and pressures, which makes them particularly suitable for hot water and other supply installations.

Inside, the hose is made of corrugated stainless steel in AISI 304 or AISI 321L and on the outside they are lined with stainless steel braid in either AISI 304L or AISI 316. The hose can also be coated with silicone if it is to be used in environments that require a hygienic surface, and with a heat-resistant layer if protection against heat surfaces is needed.
