Unifood Flexperform is internally made of a combination of natural rubber and neoprene and externally of EPDM.
The hose is reinforced with steel spiral for extra great flexibility. The hose is white and smooth on the inside and red and flat corrugated with canvas structure on the outside.
The temperature ranges from -30°C to +90°C.
The hose can be sterilized at +130°C for a maximum of 30 minutes.
Safety factor: ≥ 3 times working pressure.
All pressures are stated at the temperature +20°C.
The hose is certified according to current FDA, the German “Technishe Universität München Weihenstephan”, and EU directives. The material is free of animal derivatives, phthalates, and adipates. Materials subject to restrictions according to EC 1907/2006 (REACH) Batch number for full traceability.
