The hose is suitable for transporting liquids both fatty and non-fatty. For example, oils, wine, cider, fruit juices, and alcoholic beverages up to 96%.
Lightfood/SD is made of synthetic rubber on the inside and synthetic polymer on the outside as well as built around a steel spiral/helix. The hose is clear and smooth on the inside and grey with canvas structure on the outside.
The temperature ranges from -30°C to +80°C.
The hose can be sterilized at +120°C for a maximum of 30 minutes.
Safety factor: ≥ 3 times working pressure.
All pressures are stated at the temperature +20°C.
The hose is certified according to current FDA standards as well as D.M 21/03/73 and EC 1935/2004. The manufacture is free of plasticizers, phthalates, and animal derivates. The material is free of animal derivates, phthalates, and adipates. Materials subject to restriction according to EC 1907/2006 (REACH) Batch number for full traceability.
