Application:

Food hose suitable for transporting oily and fatty foods.

Construction:

Oily Food/10 is made of NBR on the inside and neoprene on the outside as well as reinforced with synthetic fabric for extra great flexibility. The hose is white and smooth on the inside and blue with canvas structure on the outside.

• Resistant to animal and vegetable fats
• Ozone and weather-resistant

Temperature:

The temperature ranges from -20°C to +90°C.
The hose can be sterilized at +130°C for a maximum of 30 minutes.

Safety factor: ≥ 3 times working pressure.

Pressure: 

All pressures are stated at the temperature +20°C.

EC 1935/2004, EC 2023/2006 (GMP), RoHS, DM 21/3/73, EU 2024/3190, EC 1907/2006 (REACH), FDA 177.2600, BfR, 3A Sanitary Standards, GB 4806.11-2023. The material is free from bisphenol A (BPA), animal derivatives, phthalates and adipates. Supplied with batch number for full traceability.
