The FLAT PUR-C 335 FOOD AS hose is suitable for food and pharmacuetical industries. The hose is used, for example, for transport of dry matter such as: rice, grain, flour, sugar, dairy products, coffee, teas, as well as frozen foods. The hose can be used in ATEX areas.
FLAT PUR-C 335 Food AS is made of ether-polyurethane. The hose is provided with copper wire for dissipation of static electricity. The hose is smooth both inside and out, suitable for low temperatures and antistatic.
The temperature ranges from -40°C to +90°C.
All pressures are stated at the temperature +20°C.
The hose complies with EC 1935/2004, 2023/2006/EC (GMP), FDA Standards No. 21 CFR 177.2600, EU Directive 2015/174, RoHS Guidelines, EU Regulation 10/2011/EU, German TRGS 727, and ATEX 2014/34/EU (1999/92/EC). The hose may be used for suction of explosive dust (zone 22 indoors) and for transport of non-combustible liquids (Zone 1 and 2 - gases).
