Plutone PU Press

Application:

Polyurethane hose suitable for transporting food and pharmaceuticals such as pills, granules, powder, beverages, wine, vinegar and spirits with max. 20% alcohol.

Construction:

Plutone PU Press is a flexible hose made of ether-based hygienic thermoplastic TPU and reinforced with polyester fabric and AISI 302 stainless steel spiral. The hose is smooth inside and out, which improves the flow in the hose. It is also transparent, so circulation of the medium is clearly visible. Plutone PU Press is resistant to oils and greases under normal usage conditions.

Temperature:

The temperature ranges from -30°C to +90°C.

Pressure:

All pressures are stated at the temperature +20°C.

EC 1935/2004, 2023/2006/EC (GMP), EU 2020/1245, EU 2024/3190, FDA CFR 21-177.2600, USP Class VI. The material is free from plasticisers, nitrosamines, latex and bisphenol A (BPA). EU 10/2011 (Class A+B+C+D2+E). Supplied with batch number for full traceability.
