This sampling valve without rinsing connection with BSP nipple is designed for applications requiring accurate samples for the determination of taste, appearance, and microbiological and chemical parameters. 

Construction:

• The sampling valve is constructed with a focus on hygiene and cleanability
• The valve comes in four different versions with a variety of connection types for a wide range of applications
• All manually operated variants are available with a lockable handwheel to protect against unauthorized access

• Material in contact with product: Stainless Steel AISI 316L (1.4404)

Operating conditions:

• Operating temperature: max 80°C
• Operating pressure: max. 10 bar
• CIP cleaning up to 90°C for max 30 min.
• Can be sterilized up to 135°C for max 30 min.
