Support services

At Alfotech, we're dedicated to delivering reliable solutions for the process industry. Should any issues arise with a delivery, contrary to expectations, or if you need to return an item, we're ready to assist you. To ensure a quick and systematic process, all cases must be submitted via our online form, which you can access via the link at the bottom of this page.

Complaints
If you discover any defects or missing items, these must be reported without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receipt or discovery of the defect. Since we handle technical components, it's a requirement for case processing that you provide specific data regarding operating conditions. This includes information about the medium in the hose, working pressure, and temperatures. Please always attach photographic documentation of the defect. Please note that Alfotech’s liability is limited to the value of the delivery, and we're not liable for operational losses, loss of time, or other indirect losses, cf. our terms and conditions of sale and delivery.

Returns
Returns can only be made by prior arrangement. Items returned without a valid case ID will not be processed. We accept only unused standard items in their original and undamaged packaging. Please note that custom-made items (e.g., hoses cut to specific lengths) are not accepted for return. Shipping is at the buyer’s expense and risk, and a return fee will normally be deducted upon crediting.

For approved returns, a credit fee will be charged corresponding to the actual costs, but no less than 20% of the item’s price, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
