With the launch of the hose configurator 2.0, we are introducing a significantly improved user experience and brand new features that make it even easier for you to go from need to inquiry or order. This way, you avoid the uncertainty of manual sketches and loose descriptions. 

We know that time is a scarce resource in both food and pharmaceutical production. That's why incorrect orders can be a major challenge for operational reliability and schedules. 

By using our hose configurator, you can be completely confident in your choice, as you can view dimensional sketches for all couplings directly in the tool. This ensures that the components fit your specifications exactly, even before you place your order. As the tools are available 24/7, you can configure your solutions exactly when it suits your production. This means that you do not need to rely on our support but can simply choose to send an order or an enquiry immediately. 

Hose Configurator 2.0 contains the same core functions you are used to but has been updated to be even more complete and user-friendly. 

We have significantly expanded our range of both hoses and fittings, so you can find the perfect match for even your most specialised processes. As something completely new, we have now added the option for you to handle multiple hose configurations in a single session: 

• 90+ industrial hoses: Find everything from high-quality milk and beer hoses to robust Teflon and cleaning hoses, so you always get the right hose for your process. 
• Multiple types of fittings: You can freely choose fittings such as dairy fittings, pipe threads, aseptic couplings or flanges – with or without elbows. You can even rotate them to fit exactly into your existing setup. 
• Multi-configuration: As the biggest upgrade, you can now configure multiple different hoses at once in the same session in our hose configurator. This gives you full flexibility to reconfigure or delete hoses in the overview before sending your enquiry or order. 

Once you have configured your hose in the hose configurator and sent your order, we take over the process. Your configuration serves as a precise working drawing that accompanies the product all the way to our assembly workshop. This ensures a smooth process from start to finish. Our assembly workers pick the selected components and cut the hose to your exact measurements.
