AFT reusable hose couplings, DIN union nut

Application:

Replaceable fitting with DIN connection for production hoses to be connected to equipment where the requirement is a very high level of hygiene. The fitting can be maintained when the hoses become defective and need to be replaced

Construction:

The fitting consists of a connection piece and a sleeve that are pressed together under great pressure and thus creates a strong and very smooth transition between the hose and the fitting.

  • Supplied with a union nut according to DIN standard
  • Connections between DIN 25 and up to DIN 80

Technical specifications

Quality:

The connection piece is made of stainless steel AISI 316 with a surface roughness inside of R 0.8 µ and provided with batch number. The sleeve is made of stainless steel AISI 304.
