Granofood/CLC/4

Application:

Granofood/CLC/4 is a robust granulate hose ideal for transporting sugar, grain, powder and other media. The hose is specially developed for installations with high demands on durability.

To dissipate any electrostatic charges, the hose should be grounded with the installation.

Construction:

Granofood/CLC/4 is made of polyurethane liner on the inside and a combination of synthetic rubber on the outside. The hose is built around a steel spiral for extra great flexibility. The hose has internal smooth PUR surface inside and is black corrugated with canvas structure on the outside.

Temperature:

The temperature ranges from -35°C to +100°C.
The hose can be sterilized at +130°C for a maximum of 30 minutes.

Safety factor: ≥ 3 times working pressure.

Pressure: 

All pressures are stated at the temperature +20°C.

EC 1935/2004, 2023/2006/EC (GMP), RoHS, DM 21/3/73, EU 2024/3190, EC 1907/2006 (REACH), FDA CFR 21-177.2600, BfR. The material is free from bisphenol A (BPA), animal derivatives, phthalates and adipates. Supplied with batch number for full traceability.
