Thermoclean AL 20 is a hot water hose for industrial cleaning. The hose can be used for non-fatty foods.
Thermoclean AL 20 is designed in 5 layers with embedded polyester reinforcement. The inner and outer layers are made of PVC. The hose is blue on the outside and white on the inside. The 5 layers of PVC give the hose excellent handling properties.
The temperature ranges from -15°C to +70°C.
All pressures are stated at the temperature +20°C.
The hose complies with EC 1935/2004 and 2023/2006/EC (GMP), EU Regulation 10/2011/EU, as well as simulator A, B, and C. The manufacture is free of phthalates.
Safety factor: ≥ 3 times working pressure.
