Milkland Crushproof

Application:

Milk hose suitable for transporting milk and other food products.

Construction:

The hose is made of natural rubber on the inside and synthetic rubber on the outside, and is built around a plastic spiral. Crushproof is characterised by high resistance to impact, where this hose maintains flow and regains its shape thanks to a reinforcing plastic spiral.

Temperature:

The temperature ranges from -30°C to +85°C.
The hose can be sterilized at +120°C for a maximum of 30 minutes.

Safety factor:

Safety factor: ≥ 3 times working pressure.

Pressure: 

All pressures are stated at the temperature +20°C.

EC 1935/2004, 2023/2006/EC (GMP), RoHS, D.M. 21.03.73 EC 1907/2006 (REACH), FDA CFR 21-177.2600, BfR. The material is free from bisphenol A (BPA), animal derivatives, phthalates and adipates. Supplied with batch number for full traceability.
