Plutone Bio is a suction and pressure hose for transporting non-fatty foods, chemical products, liquids, or powders. The hose can be used for transporting alcohol up to 50% at max. +40°C.
Plutone Bio is made of PVC with embedded galvanized steel spiral. The smooth inner wall reduces flow loss and makes it easy to clean the hose. Plutone Bio is transparent, so circulation of the medium is clearly visible.
The temperature ranges from -15°C to +60°C.
All pressures are stated at the temperature +20°C.
Standards:
The hose complies with EC 1935/2004 and 2023/2006/EC (GMP), EU Regulation 10/2011/EU, as well as simulator A, B, C, and D1. The manufacture is free of phthalates.
Safety factor: ≥ 3 times working pressure.
