Tricoclair AL

Application:

The Tricoclair AL PVC hose is suitable for transporting liquid food. The hose can also be used for alcohol with an alcohol percentage up to 50% and a temperature of max. +40°C.

Construction:

The Tricoclair AL hose is made of 3 layers with embedded polyester reinforcement. The inner and outer layers are made of PVC. The hose is transparent.

Temperature:

The temperature ranges from -15°C to +60°C.

Pressure: 

All pressures are stated at the temperature +20°C.

Standards:

The hose complies with EC 1935/2004 and 2023/2006/EC (GMP), EU Regulation 10/2011, as well as simulator A, B, C, and D1. The manufacture is free of phthalates.

Safety factor:

Safety factor: ≥ 3 times working pressure.
