Smooth Teflon hose with stainless steel braid.

Application:

Universal hose suitable for transporting food and pharmaceutical products. Developed especially for transporting liquids, where great demands are made on temperature, pressure, or chemical influence.

Construction:

Extruded hose made of PTFE with stainless steel braid AISI 304 (also available with316). The hose has good mechanical properties and is suitable for applications with high temperatures up to +260°C or down -73°C without loss of mechanical properties. The hose has a high tensile strength, is non-toxic, and suitable for food.

Temperature:

The temperature ranges from -73°C to +260°C.
The hose can be sterilized.

Safety factor:

Safety factor: ≥ 4 times working pressure.

Pressure: 

All pressures are stated at the temperature +20°C.

FoodForce S operates effectively within a temperature range that extends from -73°C to +260°C. This operating range is affected by the materials used for fittings. The WPD values vary with temperature changes, as shown in the table (see image).

Example: If the working pressure is specified as 40 bar at +20°C, then the working pressure at +250°C will be 4 bar.

EC 1935/2004, EC 2023/2006 (GMP), EU 10/2011 (classes A, B, D2), RoHS, DM 21/3/73, EC 1907/2006 (REACH), FDA CFR 21-177.1550, GB 4806.11. The material is free from animal derivatives and phthalates. Supplied with batch number for full traceability.
