Application: 

CL/Howard mechanical seal for CL-1, -2, -3/APV-Howard pumps. 

Construction: 

  • Mechanical seal with wave spring
  • The rotating part is held on the shaft with three screws
  • Provided with an O-ring that acts as secondary sealing around the shaft
  • Is not directional
  • The compression spring is external

Quality: 

  • Gaskets in either nitrile, EPDM or Viton rubber
  • The slide ring is in carbon, silicon or tungsten
  • The seat is made of stainless steel, silicon, or tungsten
