Application:

Cejn dry break couplings are designed for fluid transfer in safety-critical and aggressive environments. The couplings provide spill-free connections and disconnections, requiring minimal components and no additional valves. This design is time-efficient and reduces costs, making it an ideal solution for fluid handling.

The hose unit couplings are available in 5 different sizes for different applications.

Construction:

• 1" - Comes without handles. Suitable for IBC applications.
• 2" - Available with either a single or double handle. Commonly used in chemical, road tanker, AdBlue, and food & drink industries.
• 2¹/²" - Comes with 2 handles. Commonly used for the aviation, road, and rail tanker industries.
• 3" - Comes with 2 handles. Designed for higher flow rates, common in the road, marine, petroleum, rail tanker, oil, and gas industries.
• 4" - Available with either 2 handles or a wheel. Designed for higher pressure and flow rates, common in the offshore oil and gas industry.

Quality:

Made of stainless steel AISI 316/EN 1.4401.

Operating conditions:

Temperature range from -20 °C to +60 °C.
25 bar working pressure with 5x safety factor.

Standards:

All sizes are compatible with TODO and MannTek dry break couplings. Follows the NATO STANAG 3756 Standard. FDA-approved O-rings to meet the high requirements for hygiene within the food and beverage industry.
