HOT Alichem/BN-S

Application:

Chemical hose suitable for light chemical liquids and CIP cleaning. Can also be used for non-fatty foods.

To dissipate any electrostatic charges, the hose should be grounded with the installation.

Construction:

HOT Alichem/BN-S is a suction and pressure hose made of smooth EPDM on the inside and NBR rubber on the outside.

• Reinforced with heat-resistant polyester.
• Antistatic through the hose wall <10¹⁰ Ω

Temperature:

Temperatures from -40°C to +120°C depending on the media.
Can be sterilized at +150°C for a maximum of 30 minutes.

Safety factor:

Safety factor: ≥ 3 times working pressure.

Pressure: 

All pressures are stated at the temperature +20°C.

Standards:

EC 1935/2004, EC 2023/2006 (GMP), RoHS, DM 21/3/73, EU 2024/3190, EC 1907/2006 (REACH), FDA CFR 21-177.2600. The material is free from bisphenol A (BPA), animal derivatives, phthalates and adipates. Supplied with batch number for full traceability.
