Manipharm-C/SD-UPE

Application:

All-round chemical hose for a wide range of aggressive chemicals.

To dissipate any electrostatic charges, the hose should be grounded with the installation.

Construction:

Manipharm-C/SD-UPE is made of UPE on the inside with antistatic helix stripe and corrugated EPDM on the outside.

• Durable suction and pressure hose reinforced with synthetic fabric and built-in steel spiral
• Antistatic through UPE helix stripe R ≤10⁶ Ω
• Parts in contact with the media are white and with smooth surface
• Electrical dissipation takes place both through the surface, liner and steel spiral
• Ozone and weather-resistant

Temperature:

The temperature ranges from -35°C to +100°C depending on the media.
Resistant to steam up to +130°C for a maximum of 30 minutes.

Safety factor: 

Safety factor: ≥ 4 times working pressure.

Pressure: 

All pressures are stated at the temperature +20°C.

EC 1935/2004, EC 2023/2006 (GMP), EU 10/2011, RoHS, EU 2024/3190, EC 1907/2006 (REACH), FDA CFR 21-177.1550. The material is free from bisphenol A (BPA), animal derivatives, phthalates and adipates. Supplied with batch number for full traceability.
