Foam Cleaner

Application:

Low pressure hose for industrial cleaning. Suitable for low pressure systems in the food industry.

Note: Foam Cleaner has replaced Clean Wash.

Construction:

Foam Cleaner is designed in 6 layers. The inner and outer layers are made of extra flexible PVC. Between the 2 PVC layers, the hose is reinforced with a double layer of resistant polyester. The hose is blue on the outside and gray on the inside.

• Good handling properties
• Safe and stable hose

Temperature:

Temperature from -10°C to +70°C.
40 bar working pressure at +70°C.

Standards:

EC 1935/2004, EC 2023/2006 (GMP), EU 10/2011 (classes A, B og C), EU 2024/3190 (BPA free). The material is free from phthalates. Leveres med batchnummer for fuld sporbarhed.  

Safety factor:

Safety factor: ≥ 3 times the working pressure.
