ISAR Water

Application:

ISAR Water is a food hose suitable for the transportation of foodstuffs, including oily and fatty media. Can also be used for cleaning purposes with hot water and detergents.

Construction:

The ISAR Water food hose is made of NBR rubber inside and NBR / PVC outside, as well as reinforced with synthetic fabric. The hose is light and smooth on the inside and smooth in blue or red colour on the outside.

• Reinforced with synthetic fabric and multiple layers of polyester
• Resistant to oily and greasy media
• Ozone and weather-resistant

Temperature:

The temperature ranges from -40°C to +100°C.

Pressure:

Working pressure up to 20 bar.
All pressures are given at the temperature of +20°C.

Standards:

EC 1935/2004, 2023/2006/EC (GMP), DM. 21/03/73, FDA CFR 21-177.2600, BfR. Supplied with batch number for full traceability. 

Safety factor:

Safety factor: ≥ 3 times the working pressure.
