Thermoclean AL20

Application:

Thermoclean AL20 is a hot water hose for industrial cleaning. The hose can be used for non-fatty foods.

Construction:

Thermoclean AL20 is designed in 5 layers with embedded polyester reinforcement. The inner and outer layers are made of PVC. The hose is blue on the outside and white on the inside. The 5 layers of PVC give the hose excellent handling properties.

Temperature:

The temperature ranges from -15°C to +70°C.

Pressure: 

All pressures are stated at the temperature +20°C.

Standards:

EC 1935/2004, EC 2023/2006 (GMP), EU 10/2011 (classes A, B og C), EU 2024/3190 (BPA free). The material is free from phthalates. Leveres med batchnummer for fuld sporbarhed.  

Safety factor:

Safety factor: ≥ 3 times working pressure.
