Antistatic food-grade polyurethane hose

NEXT 15 ET Antistatic

Application:

Polyurethane hose suitable for suctioning extremely abrasive media in the food and pharmaceutical industries.

To dissipate any electrostatic charges, the hose should be grounded with the installation.

Construction:

Transparent hose made of ether-based polyurethane. Transparent so that the circulation of the medium is clearly visible. Constant wall thickness of 1.5 mm for heavy suction of abrasive media.

Reinforced with stainless steel spiral
Permanent antistatic wall material (R<10⁹ Ohm/m)
Antistatic, UV, microbiological and hydrolysis resistant
Designed for taste- and odor-free transport of media

Temperature:

The temperature ranges from -40°C to +90°C.

Vacuum:

All pressures are stated at the temperature +20°C.

Standards:

EC 1935/2004, 2023/2006/EC (GMP), EU 2020/1245, EU 2024/3190, FDA CFR 21-177.2600. The material is free from plasticisers, latex and bisphenol A (BPA). EU 10/2011 (Class A, B, C, D1, D2, E). Supplied with batch number for full traceability.
