Biovast

Application:

The Biovast steam hose is suitable for cleaning where saturated steam and hot water are used.

NOTE: The hose must NOT be used for trapped steam.

Construction:

Biovast is made of NBR on the inside and NBR/PVC on the outside. The hose is white and smooth on the inside and blue and smooth on the outside. The hose is reinforced with synthetic fabric.

• Resistant to animal and vegetable fats
• Very flexible hose
• Oil and weather-resistant

Temperature:

Water from -20°C to +100°C at 20 bar working pressure
Saturated or superheated steam: +165°C at 6 bars working pressure.

Safety factor:

Safety factor: ≥ 10 times the working pressure.

Pressure: 

All pressures are stated at the temperature +20°C.

Standards:

EC 1935/2004, 2023/2006/EC (GMP), FDA CFR 21-177.2600, BfR. The material is free from bisphenol A and phthalates. Supplied with batch number for full traceability.
