Control unit for AWH-actuator, air/air

Application:

VMON® II Control Unit suitable for pneumatic control of the actuator for the AWH butterfly valve (air/air). The unit is mounted directly onto the actuator and has been specially developed for automation tasks in process-critical environments within the food, dairy and pharmaceutical industries.

Construction:

• Developed specifically for direct mounting on AWH VMove 1 and 2 actuators without the need for additional adaptors.
• Built-in LED status indicators with 360° visual monitoring of the valve’s current position, as well as direct signal feedback to the control system.
• Sealed enclosure (IP67 rating) fitted with a bayonet lock that can be easily sealed for enhanced process and operational reliability.
• The unit is equipped with a waterproof RFID chip with a unique ID, providing direct access to user manuals, spare parts lists and service databases via a NFC-compatible device or scanner.

Quality:

• Robust, industrial composite/metal housing in a hygienic process design.
• Enclosure class IP67 (dust-tight and washdown-proof).
• Suitable for actuator sizes DN25-DN200.
