Application:

Coiled Teflon tube in PTFE suitable for the pharmaceutical industry, including laboratories. The tube is specially developed for transporting liquids, where great demands are made on temperature, pressure, or chemical influence.

Properties:

Highly temperature resistant, so PTFE products can be used continuously in temperatures from -73°C to +260°C. The hose can be used for almost all chemical products except alkaline metals, molten or in solution.

Components:

• ID/OD and wall thickness: PTFE coiled tubes can be customized in various inner/outer diameters and wall thicknesses. Inner diameter affects flow capacity, while wall thickness impacts strength and pressure resistance.
• D diameter: refers to the central channel size for fluid or gas flow.
• Length B: are the straight ends of the tube used for connections.

Construction:

The tube is made of extruded virgin PTFE.

Temperature:

The temperature ranges from -73°C to +260°C.

Safety factor:

Safety factor: ≥ 3 times working pressure.

Pressure:

All pressures are stated at the temperature +20°C.
