Stainless push-in fittings – easy and flexible connection

Stainless push-in fittings make it easy to connect pipes and hoses in process plants. They are popular because they can be installed quickly and without the use of tools. Their robust construction in stainless steel also makes them resistant to both corrosion and wear. This makes them suitable for industrial environments where operations require high safety and stability.

We offer a wide range of stainless push-in fittings in various sizes and configurations. You will find straight, angled and reduced variants with different thread types – so you can choose the solution that suits your application.

Quick and secure installation without the use of tools

A push-in fitting consists of a moulded unit with an internal o-ring. When you push the hose into the fitting, it locks automatically and the o-ring ensures a tight connection. All this happens without the use of tools or advanced skills.

Installation simply requires that you:

  • Cut the hose cleanly and straight, without compressing it
  • Push the hose into the fitting until you feel a click
  • To disassemble, press the release ring inwards and pull out the hose

The tool-free installation saves time, and because you do not damage the hose, you can quickly disconnect and reconnect as needed.

Safety when disconnecting

Stainless push-in fittings are manufactured with a focus on durability, tightness and chemical resistance. For air hoses, we recommend variants with an extra gasket, which provides a more secure attachment and minimises the risk of leakage.

Combine the fitting with a high-quality teflon hose for a solution that can withstand pressure, temperature and aggressive media. The fittings are suitable for air, water, gas and other industrial media and are suitable for both new and existing installations.

Push-in fittings tailored to your needs

Push-in fittings are available in many different designs, so you can tailor the installation to your needs.

Push-in T-fittings

T-fittings are used to connect three hoses with the same or different diameters. They are available with three push-in ports and in combination with pipe threads. This makes them suitable for both simple and more complex pipe connections.

Straight and reducing fittings

Straight fittings are used for hoses with the same diameter. Reducing variants make it possible to connect hoses of different sizes. This gives you flexibility when you need to adapt the system without replacing the entire piping.

Push-in male elbow fittings

Angle fittings are specially designed to connect the hose at a 90-degree angle. This is an ideal solution when there is not enough space to bend the hose. Our push-in male elbow union comes with two hose connections and our push-in male swivel elbow with BSPP thread on one of the ports.

All fittings are available in sizes and thread types that match industry standards.

Five advantages of stainless steel push-in fittings

Frequently asked questions

man wondering

What is a stainless steel push-in fitting?

It is a type of coupling used to connect pipes and hoses in the process industry. The fitting is made of stainless steel and is installed by pushing the hose directly into the port. An internal o-ring provides the seal.

How do I remove a push-in fitting?

Press the release ring inwards to release the locking mechanism, then pull the hose out. Always remember to shut off the flow of liquids or gas before removing the fitting to avoid injury or accidents.

When should I use push-in fittings?

Push-in fittings are suitable when you need easy and quick installation. They are especially used for water, air, gas and other media where flexibility and short installation time are required – e.g. when connecting air hoses.

Is there a difference between push-in and push-on fittings?

Yes. Push-in fittings connect by pushing the hose directly into a port with an O-ring and locking mechanism. Push-on fittings work by pushing the hose onto a grooved hose tail and securing it with a nut – typically without an O-ring.
