Pureway-SD Antistatic Platinum

Application:

Silicone hose suitable for suction and pressure of foodstuffs, cosmetic products and liquids with an alcohol concentration of up to 50%. This reinforced version is ideal for process applications requiring a small bend radius and high vacuum resistance. The hose is suitable for use in ATEX zones 0, 1, 2 and 20, 21, 22.

Construction:

• Both the inner tube and outer cover are made of grey antistatic silicone rubber (R<10⁸ Ohm).
• Reinforced with a cast-in stainless steel spiral and a layer of high-strength synthetic fabric.
• Designed for the taste- and odour-free transport of media.
• Manufactured in a cleanroom to ISO 14644-1 Class 8.

Temperature:

• Temperature range from -60°C to +200°C.
• Can be steam sterilised at +135°C at 3.5 bar for a maximum of 90 minutes. 
• Can be air sterilised at +200°C for a maximum of 30 minutes.

Safety factor:

• Safety factor: ≥ 3 times working pressure.
