MINI Clamp connector PP

Application:

Developed specifically to meet the requirements for disposable components in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical sectors. The MINI Clamp connector makes it easy to connect, for example, a hygienic silicone hose or other hose to pipe connections or hoses fitted with MINI Clamp ends. An optimal solution for mounting in the medical industry and the preferred choice for both disposable assemblies and aseptic hose connections.

Construction:

The MINI Clamp connector is made of polypropylene (PP) and manufactured and packaged in an ISO-7-certified cleanroom. It comes in packs of 10 units, each double-wrapped to ensure aseptic handling.

Sterilization:

• Autoclave up to 135˚C for a maximum of 30 minutes
• Gamma irradiation up to 50 KGy

Storage Conditions:

• Store in original packaging when possible
• Keep in a cool, dry environment away from direct sunlight
• Avoid exposure to stress or harsh chemicals
• Suitable for warehouse conditions between 5°C and -40°C

Standards:

FDA 21 CFR 177.1520, USP <88> Biological Reactivity Tests (In Vivo) and USP <87> Biological Reactivity Tests (In Vitro), REACH, RoHS, TSE/BSE-free. The connection is free from melamine, phthalates, and Bisphenol A.
