Reducer PP

Application:

Specially developed to meet the requirements for single-use components in biotechnology and the pharmaceutical industry. The reducer is ideal for mounting two different hose dimensions, for example, a cleanroom-produced silicone hose. The solution is often used in the medical and biotech industries.

Construction:

The reducer is made of polypropylene and produced and packaged in an ISO-7-certified cleanroom. It is delivered in packs of 10, which are double-packed to ensure aseptic handling.

Sterilization:

Autoclave up to 135˚C for a maximum of 30 minutes
Gamma irradiation up to 50 KGy

Storage Conditions:

Store in original packaging when possible
Keep in a cool, dry environment away from direct sunlight
Avoid exposure to stress or harsh chemicals
Suitable for warehouse conditions between 5°C and -40°C

Standards:

FDA 21 CFR 177.1520, USP <88> Biological Reactivity Tests (In Vivo) and USP <87> Biological Reactivity Tests (In Vitro), REACH, RoHS, TSE/BSE free. The connection is free from melamine, phthalates, and Bisphenol A.
