Straight connector PP

Application:

Straight connector molded in PP plastic, is specifically designed to meet the needs of single-use components in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries. It is ideal for assembly solutions in the medical industry and is an excellent choice for single-use assemblies and aseptic hose connections.

Construction:

The hose connector is made of polypropylene and manufactured and packaged in an ISO-7 certified cleanroom. It is supplied in packs of 10, which are double wrapped to ensure aseptic handling.

Sterilization:

• Autoclave up to 135˚C for a maximum of 30 minutes
• Gamma irradiation up to 50 KGy

Storage Conditions:

• Store in original packaging when possible
• Keep in a cool, dry environment away from direct sunlight
• Avoid exposure to stress or harsh chemicals
• Suitable for warehouse conditions between 5°C and -40°C

Standards:

FDA 21 CFR 177.1520 , USP <88> Biological Reactivity Tests (In Vivo) and USP <87> Biological Reactivity Tests (In Vitro), REACH, RoHS, TSE/BSE free. The connection is free from melamine, phthalates, and Bisphenol A.
