Application

Ideal for tailor-made process solutions for laboratories in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries, including critical PUPSIT assemblies for integrity testing of sterile filters, general fluid handling and sampling.

Construction:

Composed of customer-specific components such as hoses and filters. Assembled and packaged in an ISO-7 certified clean room. Supplied as a complete assembly solution tailored to individual process requirements to ensure efficient implementation.

Sterilisation:

• Sterilised using gamma irradiation to achieve a sterility assurance level of 10⁻⁶
• The sterilisation process is validated in accordance with ISO 11137-2

Standards:

FDA 21 CFR 177.2600, USP Class VI, ISO 10993, USP 8>, USP 788, USP 661, USP 381, European Pharmacopoeia <3.1.5> & <3.1.9>, BPOG Extractable Studies, TSE/BSE-free. The solution is free of latex, phthalates, bisphenol A and ADI.
