Clamp connector PP

Application:

Specifically developed to meet the requirements for disposable components in the biotech and pharmaceutical industries. Clamp hose configurators make it easy to connect, for example, a hygienic silicone hose to pipe connections or other hoses equipped with Clamp ends. An optimal mounting solution for the medical industry and the perfect choice for disposable assemblies and aseptic hose connections.

Construction:

The Clamp connector is made of polypropylene (PP) and manufactured and packaged in an ISO-7-certified cleanroom. Supplied in packs of 10 units, each one double-wrapped to ensure aseptic handling.

Sterilization:

• Autoclave up to 135˚C for a maximum of 30 minutes
• Gamma irradiation up to 50 KGy

Storage Conditions:

• Store in original packaging when possible
• Keep in a cool, dry environment away from direct sunlight
• Avoid exposure to stress or harsh chemicals
• Suitable for warehouse conditions between 5°C and -40°C

Standards:

FDA 21 CFR 177.1520 , USP <88> Biological Reactivity Tests (In Vivo) and USP <87> Biological Reactivity Tests (In Vitro), REACH, RoHS, TSE/BSE free. The connection is free from melamine, phthalates, and Bisphenol A.
